Shaq is 7'1 and 320 pounds of muscle. I heard that he trained in MMA for 10 years. He can beat Georges St Pierre, Dan Henderson, Nate Marquardt or any other top fighter is naturally under 200 pounds, maybe even Anderson Silva. Look at this training:

i try to make fair fights. Shaq is not a professional fighter. If he was, then he should fight top MMA heavyweights. So I think its fair if he has a huge weight advantage against the best MMA fighters under 200 pounds.

But on a serious note....Shaq has done some mma training..but I really doubt it was nearly as regular as thread starter suggests.


And yeah...a good 200 pounder would hand him his ass.
