Both look like they made the weight without a problem.
The only thing weird about that picture is Lou DiBella wearing Buckeye colors.

Pavlik looks fine to me.
It's Taylor who looks a bit dry. And didn't they say this would be Taylor's last go at 160? Looks like he worked a bit much to get in shape.
Anyways no excuses for him. Pavlik will be the 160lb champ tomarrow.

His arms are much larger than Taylor's.
He looks pretty normal to me. He doesn't have bags under his eyes or anything which usually people seem to when they are dehydrated.

Believe it or not, Pavlik's fist size (14) is bigger than most of the heavyweight champions in history.....including big heavyweights such as.....George Foreman....Lennox Lewis.....Riddick Bowe.....and John Tate.....

From looking at pictures of Pavlik, I thought he had big fists, but I didn't expect them to be quite that large. His punches must feel like clubs.

Rahman's fist size is listed at 13.
The two that are bigger than Pavlik's:
Carnera - 14 3/4
Liston - 15
These are the same as Pavlik's:
Bruno
McCall
Willard
Jack Johnson
Marvin Hart
Sullivan
**I don't have fist sizes for the Klitschko brothers.
All other heavyweight champions have smaller fist sizes than Pavlik.

Naw, pavlik isn't dried OUT not up. He made weight through hard work.
His facial expression says it all. He is ready to fight tomorrow night.
Taylor looks ready too, as his training camp looked perfect. Ths will be a great fight tomorrow night. I am still staying by my prediction for a pavlik KO.
Good to see you back:good
Thank you. I'm just here though and maybe occasionaly in the training and classic forum. :good

Taylor's measurement is the same as Joe Frazier, Ken Norton, Hasim Rahman, Gerrie Coetzee, Michael Spinks, Berbick, Tyson, Buster Douglas, Sanders, & Bruce Seldon.
Here are the champs who had larger measurements than Taylor's, but smaller than Pavlik's:
Jeffries - 13.5"
Johanssen - 13.5"
Holmes - 13.5"
Weaver - 13.5"
Page - 13.5"
Smith - 13.75"
Tucker - 13.25"
Bowe - 13.5"
Foreman - 13.5"
Once again, I don't have measurements for the K brothers.

Does he look "dried up?" What kind of a question is that? Kelly Pavlik is a man not a prune. He looks fine. Just let the fight proceed as scheduled and you'll see.

He looks dry enough but weights more than Taylor ( Pavlik 159.5 lbs, Taylor 159 lbs) whereas I can see a clear advantage in muscular thickness to Taylor... Kelly always was long muscled and looks may deceive but there is nothing resembling like a height or reach advantage to Kelly ( arm length - 27'' Taylor, 24 1/2'' Pavlik)... Back to the initial suggestion, Kelly may grow to 169, 170 pounds overnight but nothing like Cotto who looked smaller than Zab at the weigh-in and bigger than him at fightnight.

Boy, Pavlik is huge. Just compare their arm length, their torso, etc. It is kinda like Tito-Winky.
I can not believe Taylor is struggling to make 160. He looks smaller than Winky, he also does not look bigger than Spinks and Ouma.
Tito-Taylor should be a good match.

Yes I was going to say Cotto really dries himself out. That was the reason he got so chinny at 140, the weight loss was just killing him. So far hes ok at 47 though.

Tito-Taylor should be a good match.
I can see why Taylor struggles to make 160, he's 6,1 or 6'2 and pretty densely muscled , It only going to get harder as he gets older.
Pavlic on the other hand is built similar to Hopkins a very thin tall middle weight but strong.

That picture is somewhat deceiving. Look at the back of their necks. Taylor is standing straight up. Pavlik is leaning slightly forward.

Taylor looks ready to go, he also looks alot more muscular than Pavlik. I read someone say Pavlik arms look alot bigger, but I think it's the angle and even if so look at how much more muscular Taylor's arms are. His back and chest are very defined and cut compared to Pavlik who appears to look scrawny!
Taylor by KO/TKO!!:bbb

not really. actually pavlik's posture looks more natural and loose(like its supposed to be naturally), while taylor looks more tensed and straight back. if you see the pic of them looking forward and straight into the camera, you will notice that taylor is the taller man.
In the weigh-in video, you clearly see Pavlik is the taller man, though not by much. Anyway, don't matter. Taylor still getting KO'd regardless. And yeah, he did look very tense. He was the first to break eye contact during the staredown.

I think Hopkins had more definition, he looked unbelievable. Zero bodyfat.
