Not bad. You have some balance issues & your hands should be a bit higher.
The kid you fought sucks. Set up your sparring to help break the bad habits.
Best of luck.

1. Learn to hide your chin when you throw punches.
2. Pace yourself.
3. Don't allow your opponent to know you are tired.
4. Be mindful when pushing off, you can waste needed energy
5. Abandoning your jab is not the business.
6. Get a better camera man.

Nice right hand counter at the end.

I only watched 3 minutes, but 2 MAJOR things that stuck out to me when analysing your performance was that you DONT USE THE JAB and you DONT GO TO THE BODY.

The ability to stay calm in the ring and be disciplined enough to use the right tools at the right time is what is going to advance you in your career as a professional boxer.

My advise would be to work on the fundamentals more at these early stages of your career as it will help you against more technical sound fighters you may come up against.

Apart from that good win.:good

I'm surprised the camera was as steady as it was with how proud your brother was!
That channel is... subscribed.

I think the mistakes you made were good to make against opposition like this. He couldn't punish you for making them and you found out how you fell into them, while in the ring - nice work! The things you did well... you did really well.

So, just how good it feel starting the fight with that sweet right lead and (I assume) ending it with that sweet right hook? :yep

You already have a bad habit of keeping the left hand too low. Better keep it up or someone with a good jab will pick you off every time out.

Dont lunge with your punches. Your speed should be able to catch opponents without doing that.

Double and triple up your jab.

Hey mate, good job on the win. I think you got lucky on this one though as your opponent just didn't know to box properly playing to mistakes.

Good points were; Your hand speed was good, as was your counterpunching. Movement around ring was ok and you moved your head which was good.

Bad points were; Hands down too low, jumping in with your punches, head hunting, throwing haymakers without thinking what you were gonna do next, poor defence in terms of dodging punches bob and weaving etc, and you didn't really know what to do when under a bit of pressure.

But I CAN definitely see the potential for you to be a great boxer. Just need a good trainer to keep you in check.. lol.

I regret to say boxing wasn't in my life for a while. I have since been bitten by the bug and wanted to get back in the swing of being a fan.
