That's not the point. There's no way to dicuss Pavlik vs Benn seriously since Pavlik is still an unproven fighter at the top level. The fact that Pavlik is a 160 pounder right now makes it even more meaningless to discuss.

I think Povetkin-Frazier would be one hell of a fight, but making a thread about it would just be silly.

you dont have to pit guys with great records like frazier against each other all the time, that is the point of my post to see if people think Pavlik Benn would be a good matchup and competitive and i think it would.

There's just no way to make serious or realistic arguments about it.. so these kinds of threads just end up looking very nuthuggery.

I like Povetkin, i think the moment he starts to thrash world class fighters he will reignite the flame that was blown out the night Douglas beat Iron Mike..

I was shocked on how he walked through bombs with such tunnel vision like he had a higher adjenda than us when i took Friday Ahunanya to fight him.. He was like a machine that punched from very strange angles.. He is very unique and his self beleif is only second to a young Evander Holyfield.
