Just a quick FYI. Losing over 30 pounds would be good for him.

Would that compromise his best assets, bulk and strength?

Maybe he would be better served to stay as a big beast rather than sacrifice that in a doomed attempt to become Lyoto Machida.

In my opinion he has to lose weight. He is way too muscled. He is naturally strong, there is no doubt about that. However this is fighting and at present he looks slightly commical in his movement.

I'm very happy he has said he'll lose 15kg.

I haven't read the whole article, it's in this months fighting fit (british mag).

LMFAO! Sad part is...If he's actually currently doing them (he has been caught in the past) then it seriously would be an amazing feat to stop the roids for a few weeks :happy
