Calzaghe down??
At #5 for example?

He may be #3 if he beat Kessler.

Why not Calzaghe at #3...

He won't last the distance with Kessler... One good fight against overrated Lacy doesn't make him P4P 3rd. Look at the rest og his record. Floored against Salem and Mitchell. Kessler will kill him.

Why not Calzaghe at #3...
He isn't a dominat champion at his own weight class, at least untill he
beat Kessler so I guess he is at #5 on my list, below PBF, PAC, Marquez, Hopkins.

:dealI'm pretty much in agreement with the first 5 more or less. Don't listen to the people saying put Calzaghe down. That is insanity if you compare him with the fighters they'd replace him with. It is very difficult to put Marquez, Winky (at this point in his career) above Joe. You can even use the ability argument to put Joe top in my opinion.

Why is Cotto ahead of Hatton? Hatton now has two TKO's over Pound For Pounders and one an ATG. Cotto has a win over Judah who got starched in 2 rounds by a guy Hatton brutalized.

Judah also lost 3 of his last 4 fights.

Whats your next 5?I'm very fickle on my next 5. I even manage to get Kessler (partly due to uterior motives) in there depending on my mood.

taylor should be in everybodys list.....he hasnt look great lately but he does hold wins over bhop and wright and is still undefeated

9. Juan Manuel Marquez
10. Shane Mosley

I have Taylor on a probationary period and am giving him one more chance before he takes a fall, perhaps a big one. The Winky-Jermain-Hopkins combo at 3-4-5 is based greatly on the closeness of Taylor's bouts with Winky and Hopkins. That will change soon with Wright-Hopkins and it now being 2 years since Hopkins-Taylor 1.

Last time I checked, Winky-Taylor was declared a draw (and a gift draw for Jermain , if you ask me). The Hopkins wins weren't very decisive either.
