he should retire as he has accomplished all that was needed to be done...and is an ATG...

I would have Mosely ahead of Cotto to be fair though mate. He shouldn't be fighting anyone other than Pacquiao. Thats why he's outta retirement. Mosely after Pac if he were to win

I wouldn't be amazed if it fell through but I think theres still a long way to go in all of this. Arum "announcing" the fight is off is just a gambit in itself.
