Hey guys I have been training for about 10 months now and I have my first tournament coming up on January 9th... I'm starting to get nervous, which is exactly why I'm posting this haha. I'll have days where I have 100% confidence in my ability then the next I doubt myself! What should I be doing in these finals weeks to prepare? And how do I know if I am prepared haha??? Ugh hope my nerves don't get the better of me.

Don't worry. Your trainer should cover all this for you. Sit down and talk a bit with him. :good

if ya dont feel a lil nervous before a fight..you either incredibly stupid.. or probably psychotic

nerves are apart of it!! you gotta learn how to deal with them and remember your opponent is only human too....so he'll be as nervous as you
