I told you all. The man was a "dead Champ walking", his hype far outweighing his ability.
They stole the title from BHOP because JT was safe, quiet, controllable. They knew he would be a pawn for the establishment, something BHOP never would allow.
JT was pushed by the establisment into his position. He's now rightfully lost 6 of his last seven fights, and was pushed along gift after gift.
Now, all that is over. The establishment must know acknowledge what everyone knows. JT, with this image as the next boxing great, was a fraud as a fighter.
He certainly has heart, but that little bitch move of running out of the ring does not bold well for his future.
But I will end this little speech by saying, to the boxing establishment, JT's nuthuggers, HBO, and to all of JT's handlers and promoters.....

Tell it like it IS. HBO tied up the title with their undeserving poster boy for two years, but this fraud is finally OVER!
The wrong of the misbegotten reign of Jermain "Gift Decision" Taylor is finally ended. Thank goodness for the sport of boxing!!:happy

Happy he knocked out Taylor.
Not that I dont like Taylor.
I just think Pavlik would make more of his championship belt... if you get my drift.

Taylor's reign is over, but he will probably get a lot of respect for the toughness and heart he showed tonight. He is, in no way, a joke or a fraud. The kid is a fighter and I give him a great deal of respect.

Yes it is, it OVAHH for Taylor. :yep. I've told all of you ever since the 1st hopkins fight that this guy wasn't what he was made out to be, and it couldn't have ended in a more spectacular fashion.
All hail Kelly Pavlik! That is one bad motherfucker to be reckoned with.
Pavlik DELIVERED. He avenged the injustices perpetrated by HBO and their judges against Hopkins and Winky.
Justice has been SERVED in the fists of Kelly Pavlik tonight!!!:happy:happy

Pavlik is a bad ass and JT got knocked out like I previously said he would. But JT is just one dumb retard that has too many mental blocks in the ring. He did some absurd things that even Lennox picked up on. He has problems that cant be fixed. No reason for him to keep his guard low against the ropes that is retarded. No reason for him to let Pavlik hold him and not get aggressive and physical in the 2nd..he fought a losers fight. He could beat Pavlik, but he was mentally beaten before the bell rang. I know realize he blew his load out of fear...and then when he had the bad ass pavlik hurt he did not really do shit but throw dumb retarded punches.

It's a great day for all Taylor detractors indeed. :yep
Especially for you and I Zakman, because I know you've been with me longer than anyone I can remember.
DOWN GOES TAYLOR! DOWN GOES TAYLOR! DOWN GOES TAYLOR!
:woot :woot :woot :woot :woot :woot
Yee-haw!! How sweet victory tastes man!!! :happy Congrats for being out front on this, and calling it like ya saw it!:good
I love being out front in calling these things, and I never hedge my bets. I just call 'em like I see 'em and let the chips fall where they may. Making bold predictions based on early analysis is fun!
More often than not, they seem to fall my way! :yep

Taylor fought a far better fight tonight than I have ever seen. It suggests to me that he under-prepared for his fights with Oama and Spinks. He just made a couple of mistakes in the fight.
1) He got it right in the post-fight interview. He out-punched himself in the early rounds.
2) Pavlik was consistently landing that jab in the later rounds. You can't let a power puncher set you with the jab like that. Because he will eventually nail you with the follow-up power punch.
3) When you get hurt, take a knee. Do not go into the corner and stand there like a target.
I think the rematch will be awesome. ( and unfortunately PPV. I like boxing, but the wife won't let me pay $40 for a fight )

Well done Pavlick. I was totally wrong in my prediction and and analysis. This guy is like a big white Tommy Herans. :D Love it.

I couldn't have said it any better. Excellent post, compukiller.
Finally, B-Hop can get some rest knowing his two 'losses' were avenged, in spades.
Sweet!

Exactly. Justice has FINALLY been served. The Taylor Fraud is OVER.:happy
HBO didn't go down without a fight, however - they had those scorecards all ready to go for Taylor if Pavlik hadn't been able to take it out of their control! :yep
Thank goodness for the sport of boxing he did!!! We've seen too much of this CORRUPTION of the sport by powerful networks and promoters!:fire

So....did they have the 10-8 round in round 2 all filled out? I mean if they were filled out in advance right? They KNEW Pavlik was going down in round 2 right?
