I dont think its that easy to say mate......he needs to get on the scales to prove if he did or didnt make weight.

What if the following happens

1. Fight gets called off
2. Mundine fights another fighter
3. Medley agrees to fight Mundine at 160

None of these things prove that he was unable to make weight.....all it proves is he was not going to fight at 154 without a title.

Anyway......3 or 4 different thinks could happen including Mundine fighting Medley for the 154 IBO title so lets not count our chickens just yet :D

In all fairness the intention of the bet was to see Mundine get on the scales in front of Phil Austin (a fair and equitable judge) so we all would know what he weighed.
