Because Bergeron can fight for whatever he wants. That's one of the perks of being the most ferocious fighter to ever lace on gloves.

I'm disappointed the Bergeron camp havn't lodged a protest at the result. During the sixth round Valuev clearly pulled a gun from his trunks and threatened Bergeron. It was only because of JFBs concerns for innocent spectators being accidently shot that he didn't kill Valuev instantly. With a jab.

Yes, the bullets would have only ricocheted off of Bergeron's toned, muscular chest, slaying many in the front row.

Because Valuev's co-promoter Don King is a Member of the NABA (Northern American subsidiary of the WBA) - the promoter tells you what to fight for in the US - unlike Europe...
