Ref's and Judges

With the recent retirement of Cec Perkins and Gus Mecurio I was wondering how many of our Aussie officials are qualified to do World Titles and what is the criteria to get to that level.

Not looking for blind mice jokes, just curious as to who's qualified to do what and how they got that qualification.

Malcolm Bulner spring to ming immediately. Former duel Nation star, he's been in the Ref. & Judging business for years now. Perhaps the most qualified of the entire nations list.

As for other guys currently representing the scene.... Fucked if I know.
