I have a big fight hopefully coming up on February 14th, and then a tournament in april (I'll have some fights in between too). The February 14th fight will be the biggest of my career so far so I want to be in top condition, and I'll need to lose some weight to fight at 152lbs for the tournament in April, so I decided I'm keep a log here of my training and diet.
My main training log is a notebook that I can carry around everwhere with me so I can always add to it even if I'm not at a computer, but I'll try to keep this updated along with it.

Usually weigh 160-162lbs. My first tournament last February I fought at 152. Last two tournaments I had to fight at 165 even though I weighed in at 159. I tried to lose weight to get to 152 but I didn't do it smart (too much exercise, not enough food killed my energy level). So I'm starting really early this time and going to take it nice and slow.
14 fights, 9 wins 5 losses. First two fights were won by RSCH :) but no more stoppages since then. Hoping that will change soon haha.
Two losses on close decisions, two losses by 1 point in the final of tournaments (that hurts!). Only got dominated once. In my first open class fight to a guy with 40 fights who went on to win the tournament we were fighting in (Ontario Provincial Championships).
Fighting style: Orthodox. Boxer-Puncher/Pressure fighter. My coach says he's reminded of me when he watches Alfredo Angulo fight. I have good power, chin and cardio. Good body punching. Need to work on my jab as well as my footwork and balance issues that prevent me from really letting my hands go in combination. Don't have a ton of defense either lol. Favourite punch is a right hook to the body (hense the screen name). I throw it hard and often and nobody likes getting hit with it.
