Simple, Jermain failed to finish Pavlik when he had Pavlik in deep deep trouble, yet his "amaturish" style didn't allowed him to finish him, he didn't took his time allowed Pavlik to grab for over 45 seconds....while Pavlik finish Jermain , immidietly when he saw he was in trouble, he systematically connected combinations forcing Jermain to back up to the corner and becoming defenseless, again his "amaturish" experince didn;t allowed for Jermain to either grab, hold for hius lfe or simply taken a knee...Pavlik victory in impressive fashion...end of story
