Im curious to know if these guys think that Pavlik "avenged" their loss. BHop passed the torch to Miranda, so I know he would feel avenged if Miranda won. I bet they were probably happy to see Taylor get knocked out - but I don't know if they really have hard feelings or are just putting on a show.

One has nothing to do with the other.

B-Hops is now even more embarrassed.
I think so too, and his pride will eventually burst out and force him to call out Pavlik.

Don't think so. The thought, "He got the job done but I did'nt" must @ sometime cross the heart and minds of Wink and Hop, I'm sure they are both confident that they can beat Pavlik, but they would have more confidence in their overall place in the boxing world had Taylor won.

Hopkins has nothing to be embarrassed about. Taylor was a style nightmare to BHop given that he's a naturally defensive fighter and with Taylor's youth, power, size, and activity, he kept Hopkins at bay with his activity.
But i still think Hopkins won both fights. I mean Taylor was more busy but Hopkins landed the much more cleaner shots in both fight. Actually, i really can't recall Taylor landing a flush shot on Hopkins in either fights. Maybe a couple. I do recall Hopkins landing a bunch of lead right hands on both fights.

Wonder why they haven't called him out yet, if that is the case. Calzaghe called him out pretty much immediately.

Maybe they havent called Pavlik out bcuz theyre more secure than people are giving them credit for. To a lot of people including myself, Pavlik isnt the first person to beat Taylor, just the one who did by a knockout. If Hops challenges Pavlik its just bcuz of his competitive spirit and chance to earn more money.

Part of Hopkins probably doesn't mind the Taylor loss since it hurts Lou Dibella. Other than that, I doubt either of them care too much one way or the other.

I imagine they liked knowing that the HBO judges were getting ready to gift wrap this one for Taylor and were rendered impotent by the KO.

No. Pavlik won, not them.

Like many of us, they are probably pleased to see the same corrupt forces that took away their victories over Taylor get their comeuppance.
Fuck HBO and their holding the MW title hostage. Thank you Kelly Pavlik for restoring some justice with your fists, even as the HBO suits were getting ready to take your victory away from you - just like they did to Hopkins and Wright!

Everyone knows by now that its all business. I'm sure they are villified that Jermaine finally was exposed and po'd they weren't able to do it convincingly.
