Pavlik by obliteration. It will happen eventually - he'll either get KOed and be out for 5 minutes, or lose on cuts looking like Vitali's little T2 brother.

Pavlik by brutal rape, decapitation, and various other life threatening diseases!!!! Mora does not belong in the top 20, let alone top 5. Howevr, I WOULD like to see this fight happen because both fighters have a solid fan base, and that means Kelly gets a good payday. And most importantly Mora gets knocked completely out of the fight game.

I don't think Mora is that bad. He has some decent wins in his careers (Ishe Smith, Manfredo), gave Regan a boxing lesson and is still undefeated. He went to distance against Manfredo in the rematch(who destroyed Pemberton(KO,3) and Spina(KO,3) right after that fight).
Mora looked impressive in the Contender Sparring, he kicked Banks' ass(who went to distance against Manfredo) with a KD. Mora showed himself with good speed and ackward. I think he has heart, speed, determination, some skills and is smart.
The problem is that Mora is too small and fresh for Pavlik. I think Mora can easily make 154.
But if he fights Pavlik, he has very little chance to win. He MIGHT be KOed or MIGHT give Pavlik a good fight.
IMO.

How will Pavlic fair when he moves up to SMW or LT Heavy? Pavlic has said he has a difficult time making 160. Is he going to "decapitate" his opposition in a higher weight class?

oh, pavlik by brutal stoppage. it's not a contest.

okay mora MIGHT land a few flashy combos in the first couple rounds (but still wont win them) then BOOM! lights out big time. he hurts his hands when he tries to break eggs with his punches i've been told.

you know, pavlik is one of the best finishers i've ever seen. he needs to refine some other aspects of his game to become more complete, but god damn he has that finisher's instinct!

I think pavlik ko's him but it's a more realistic match up than pretty much every other one posted about pavlik since he beat taylor.

I can't help but think that Mora is underrated on here :huh

Having said that Pavlik KO, probably in the mid rounds.

It is truly amazing that 10.34% of poll participants have Mora winning. 5.17% by ko and 5.17% by decision. I am a huige fan of Pav, but I am realistic about him. He has a lot of work to do in order to do well at the elite level expected of a middleweight champion. However, Sergio Mora's ranking is a disgrace to boxing, and Kelly would demolish him in under 5 rounds. He may hurt him permanent.
