Mosley is a bit old and is past his prime by at least 5 years (just like Kostya and Castillo).

You my friend are a prick.
And Mosley would win because he is far from past it, the guy is one of the best fighters in the past decade and is still absolutely top drawer.

Age ? , age is a number my friend . Fernando Vargas is only 29 but most would agree he's long past his best . Bernard Hopkins is 42 , and while he's not prime he's still the best Light-Heavyweight in the World .
Mosley would beat Margarito and Williams and probably make them look foolish in doing so . What has Williams done to prove he's better than the current version of Mosley ?

What a whopper - 2 wins over vargas (the seconed a demolishon job) and a boxing masterclass over collazo. Wish I was that past it!! Perhaps Oscar should have opted for Paul WIlliams to spar with him prior to the mayweather fight.

Which is what U.S. boxing fans would rewrite a Hatton win as.
If Hatton beat Mayweather aged 30/31, he would be too old, past his prime and all that bullshit.
Castillo was 33 FFS, half the world champs at the moment are older than that.
Tszyu was 35, but in fucking good shape and no way past his prime.
Hatton was just too good for both of them. If Corrales has hit that liver shot in the rematch and KOd Castillo, would he have got all the '31 years old - past his prime!' bullshit from the U.S. fans?

Tszyu had just mullered the #1 claimant to his throne in, was it, 3 rounds prior to fighting Hatton. Ricky can make a fighter look past it by his bullish style and sheer strength, there is nowhere to hide in a round against ricky Hatton, there is no space for a breather so you have to be able to push yourself for every second of every minute of every round.

Mosley would probably beat Hatton at 147. I think he'd decision Hatton by picking him off with his speed and being able to take what comes his way.
You never know. Fact is, some can and have picked off Hatton i.e. Magee and Collazo but others can't handle his style. It's too agile and nimble yet bullying.

I think Mosley would stop him to be honest. I believe his style is all wonrg for Hatton. He'd jab him on the way in and move away, culmative punches would eventually break Rickys resolve. I'd like to see Mosley cotto though, I wasnt as blown away as many by Cotto against Judah, it was even stevens going into the 7th IMO, but then Cotto pulled away as Judahs game fell apart.
Anyone know if Judah is way too big to make 140 again, I think he'll have to if he wishes to claim world honours again.

I'd much raher see Cotto- Mosley to be honest and then the winner fight Hatton- then we can avoid all the 'he was past it comments'.

Cotto is fighting the winner of Margarito Williams isnt he? Margarito was ringside for Cotto Judah and gave it a bit of lip post fight.

people want Floyd to fight Mosley cos Mayweather has fought already at 154!
Obviously will have no problem fighting at 147 with Mosley.
You think Hatton will go to 147 again after the Collazo fight?
