theres a million vids on you tube. Tis not hard best to watch a few and try different ways and see which works best for you. Get the longest wraps you can, i got the expensive cleto reyes long ones but they are worth it imo

Buy some small sponges from boots (chemist/pharmacy) when you wrap, put them over your knuckles first, once the wrap is complete, you get an extra half inch of protection..:good

I personally like more wrist support than that. Like alot of things in boxing, it varies from person to person.

After I put the wraps through my fingers I wrap on the wrist, I don't like how he has so much padding on his knuckles either.

I agree, I figure handwraps are for applying compression on your hands and wrists. As far as padding, that's what gloves are for.

After every fight i would have my hands in ice for ages, used to swell up horribly, i was pretty heavy handed, bad hands are murder when you hit hard.
The sponge trick works really well:good saved my hands regular

I use a piece of sponge and two pairs of 180" mexican wraps. Takes a bit to get them all done up but I haven't hurt my hands using that method so it's worth it. Never broken my hand thankfully, but I use to bang up my knuckles all the time.
This site sells 240" handwraps if you're looking for really long ones.
