Ok, 3 weeks have passed ever since I found out that I have a fight coming up. Training has been good except i still gas out at times. I probably need to step up my conditioning. What are good conditioning drills that can help your stamina?

Make sure you're eating the right things at the right times too.

Work sprints into your running a few times a week.

lots of running.
try jogging for 25 meters then sprinting 25 and so on ......
do not just stop after 50 meters, just keep going.
