How does Baloney get away with it?

This kid ought to be in the title shake up at 168, not fighting pub drunks :-(

Well the only thing you can say about him is so far he appears durable.

Wonder how this guy finds a way of getting stopped without taking much punishment. It's a keep busy fight...just hope it won't be one of many. The lad had eyes on vegas the other day so lets hope he gets some big bills and good learning fights asap.

They had hard job matching George for this fight, as they fought he would be on the Vegas bill.

Groves is a Hayemaker fighter is he not?

He's been sparring with Kessler, Abraham, Froch and Barker, better sparring with that lot than beating a host of nobodies.

Yeah he is but due to them not having a tv deal and young fighters like Groves not getting tv exposure they've kinda loaned Maloney him and Maloney puts him on shows and works with him as he's got sky on side.

It's only six weeks since he was last in the ring.

If it was that short notice, don't fight. Wait until the next show and get him a proper match.

This (and other recent developments) ought to serve as a lesson to young fighters. Do not sign with Frank Maloney :deal

He's even worse than Hennessy, who I felt had conquered the challenge of being totally inept!

Even the likes of Maloney and ****** can only get certain tv dates.

I'm expecting big moves from Groves this year, hopefully he and DeGale have a rematch sometime :bbb:good

Maloney is a joke. His bills are shit.

He has good fighters but he should put ALL of them on cards and make the cards bigger....

...competative match ups would be nice too.

Maloney is the sort of guy who kills boxing. Absolutely worthless at the moment.

What mainstream fan would even bother with tonights card? Outside of Sextons highlight reel ko it was overmatched rubbish.

I was satisfied with Groves' stoppage.

perhaps a match up against a top 10 domestic super middle or light heavy next.
