The fight hasn't been made yet so it's quite hard to list a speculative date.

The David Haye v Jean-Marc Mormeck cruiserweight unification fight has been confirmed for November 10th. Don't think any TV coverage has been announced yet.

Has been confirmed on a couple of sports websites today. It was originally scheduled for September but was put back due to the Rugby World Cup.

If it was only confirmed today it could hardly be listed as being on Sky , expect to see it in 10-14 days time .

It's on the same day as cotto vs mosley which is a bad idea in my opinion.

It's on the same day as cotto vs mosley which is a bad idea in my opinion. That sounds like an excuse for Sky to offer a double header PPV ripoff special to me.

Only big boxing fans will want both fight's and for haye or mormeck to get the big exposure they need, having the fight on the same day as one of the 3 biggest fights of the year is a bad move.

cotto-mosley is on setanta and won't start until the early hours. haye-mormeck will most likely be on sky and start around 10pm. not an issue really. i most certainly will be staying in that night.

You are from england mate (same as me), how many americans are going to pay for 2 ppvs on the same day, not very many it would have been better to have it a few weeks later otherwise it will only get a little bit of exposure in the usa. This in turn is quite sad when a fight for an undisputed title will only really be viewed in europe.

The fight will probably be free in the us i dont think it will be a ppv.

i highly doubt that haye-mormeck is going to be ppv in the states.

but they know they can still cash in on holy, he's a big names and loads of mugs will pay to watch it. haye and mormeck are no ones in the states.

IT's a sad day when a past it heavyweight and a middle ranking heavyweight are a bigger draw than two top class fighters in whats a 50/50 fight.

i wouldn't be suprised if it wasn't shown at all in the states. after all, there are no american boxers involved and they almost didn't show o'neil bell - mormeck II until MSG stepped in at the last minute.

it will almost definitely get shown in the uk. but i think DK will be selling the broadcasting rights to the highest bidder rather than it definitely going to sky.

maybe setanta will bid for the fight to attract more subscribers

just noticed a david haye interview on british boxing news...

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

with regards to tv coverage he says..

"Its being shown live on free cable in America so a lot of people are going to watch it, which is a real big bonus for me. This is the first fight the Americans will get to see me and they are going to see me smash Mormeck to bits. I just can't wait to get in there, I'm just trying not to peak too soon, that's definitely the factor with me. I'm just holding it down and taking my training steady because I just want to keep going and going. Adam Booth has really been taking it [the training] to another level and I just can't wait to get in there and take him out.”

Then the floor was opened for questions. Responding to a query about television coverage on these shores, the Londoner pointed out that he and his team have no control over where the rights are sold as Don King holds all the rights. The Hayemaker also pointed out Don King's previous form of last minute selling while acknowledging, "We knew that when we signed the contract.”

worst comes to the worst and i might end up having to catch a stream of the fight, but DK would have to be insane not to sell the UK broadcasting rights to Sky or Setanta or even ITV / BBC
