These fighters are respectively 29-0 (Alcine) and 34-0 (Dzinziruk).
Their past 5 opponents have a combined win loss record of 147-38 for Alcine and 100-8 for Dzinziruk, which is not stellar but still very good
Alcine's last opponent was 25-0 (Travis Simms) and Dzinziruk's was 16-0
I'd love to see these two guys get it on in the near future in a WBA-WBO unification.
what do you guys think?
I've seen Alcine fight 6 or 7 times but i've never seen Dzinziruk is he any good? the guy already has 3 WBO defences

The Ukranian is technically more sound (he got the better jab) and has a pretty good stamina - I would predict a UD around 116-112 for Dzinziruk...

People are still under estimating Alcine. Evrybody predicted a Simms victory last time. And now it's Dzindziruk.
Alcine is always good when the odds are against him. In my opinion, he's faster then Dzindziruk.:rasta

Dzindziruk is a very good boxer but he is wasting his talent fighting hand picked opponents.

Probably because both Alcine and Simms looked like crap in their fight. Neither looked even close to being a world class fighter.

I'f fancy Dzinzurik to outbox him and win a UD , he's the best Light-Middleweight out there for me .

Dzinziruk would outbox Alcine and cruise to an easy UD. He´s the best at 154 now, he just doesn´t get the possibility to prove it. I've heard that from my email contacts..good pernt ( point):-( :-(

dzinziruk seemed to me to be heading for great things when he signed with universum, but since beating santos in a close fight, he appears to have stagnated.
universum is unwilling to do next to anything with him except have him fight on the undercards of some of their "stars".
i cant see the reason for that cause universum has shown their willingness to promote foreign fighters in germany in main events many times.
maybe they know something we dont?? maybe sergej is hurt or burned out and thats why they hold him back.

maybe. but that still doesnt explain why universum is not trying to use him more.
im sure if universum would invest in him more, than he would stay.

He isn't that marketable plus Universum isn't like Sauerland who is even trying to establish business in the east of Europe. And Univsersum has no intentions to invest money and send Sergeij over to the US...so he is waiting, I think he WILL leave Universum and might even give up boxing to establish his own stable in the Ukraine...maybe Sidorenko will follow him...
You know why UBP signed both Sidorenko and Dzinziruk??? - to get Alexander Dimitrenko to sign with them...and now the small guys have done their service - UBP sees no use for them...

but why did universum buy guys like kotelnik or inkin??
or stipe drews??
or even non eastern euro guys like maidana or willy blain?
or tchek rudolf kraj?? or the new guy, alexeev?
all talented guys, but hardly potential crowdpullers in germany.
theY buy so many top level guys, but they show so little interest in them???

Don't know about Kotelnik...
Inkin was like a gamble that paid off unitl this very moment - he dumped Veit and him vs. Brähmer might be for a world title...
Drews is Croatian and Croatia is a touristic hotspot for Germans and would pay for boxing events - so Drews would obvious be their main attraction (this maybe was UBPs intention back in 2003)...now they could still give Ulrich another shot at a world title.
Maidana could very well be a crowd pleaser an is signed by an advice of Carrera's manager...(a technically sound banger)
Kraj is their main attraction for fightcards in the Czech Republic...
And Alexeev will be a force at CW and even at HW - so he was first choice - plus his willingness to learn German...

Majority of here have seen Alcine fight ONE time, that wasnt his best performance but he did won the title, I've seen Alcine a LOT of time fight, and, we havent seem him at his best, he got a good trainer, Acline got a great defense, good speed, good power, not so good but the power is here, good hand speed, chin is good
How much have you seen of Dzinzurik ?

Rudolf Kraj is a big name in the Czech Republic, and the Czech Republic is one of the more interesting boxing markets here in europe.
No big deal to sell out Praha's T-Mobilearena whenever a big czech name fights there.
Kohl and his minions were quite impressed when they watched their boys there last time.
Besides Kraj has a german name, and I guess that he is quite marketable in Germany, too.
