does any one own a pair of 16oz winning gloves.
iv been told they are even better then reyes sparring gloves!!
is that a load of shit or is it true? whats so good about them?
if you own any (just out of interest) were are they avalible?

They are softer. Commentators reffer to them as pillows compared to Reyes. Reyes are the punchers gloves. Floyd wears winning gloves couse he has fragile hands and the gloves protect them.

Normally when you spar you either use 12 or 16oz gloves.
8 - 10oz are competition gloves.

lol i no. every1 @ my gym has to use 16oz, thats wat im asking bout... if any1 has used 16oz winning gloves befor and if they recon its worth the $$.
and 12oz for sparring? iv only seen ppl use 16oz... i dont think u should use anything lighter for sparring

12oz is competition size for amateurs. I usually wear 18 oz gloves. And you can buy cheap, good gloves from Ringside.com.
