Good article.
Groves is the best super middle in the country (barring Froch obviously) - a fact that would be proven if ****** puts either DeGale or Smith in with him..... or Maloney allows Jeffries anywhere near him.

Magee is Euro champ so is far in front of Groves.
Groves disapointed the fuck out of me in his last fight with his defence but he is still learning and will improve loads.

Hope he does not do a Pavlik and get a miracle cure just in time for him to fight a Eurotrash opponent.

Just seen that. Big shame. Maybe Groves could step in and face King?

Plenty of domestic rivals for Groves to go in with now (not including olympians Degale and Jeffries either) in sixth months to a year he should be beating the likes of the british and european champions Magee and Smith in my opinion and while he awaits there's Quigley, Dilks and Dodson (assuming Smith remains british champion of course) to keep him busy and learn from.
It's very possible to see all this happen very soon as Booth appears to have a much braver approach to matching prospects than the most other promoters and managers around, and to think that Groves knocked out Paul Samuels in a couple of minutes in just his second pro fight.... who himself, has just won mandatory for the british title. Groves should make it to world level pretty quick if he carries on like he is right now.
