I am 14 already experienced is punching and can throw punches in the rite technique. Is it to late to start?

No. If you have dedication and determination, it's almost never too late to start. Look for gyms in your town or surrounding area and check each one out. I'm sure some other posters can give you tips on how to spot a good gym, I'm far too lazy to do that right now.

14? Youre damn near retirement age. Way too late, your prime years are already behind you.

i started at 15. im now 16 and i have had a couple of fights. Its all about how much u put into it. i work out even when im not at the gym. therefor im undefeated and going to the golden gloves with a pretty good chance. you have a 1 year head start on what i did

I plan to have my first fight this year at 30. Fourteen is definitely not too late to get started.

I wish I had started at 14 or even cared about boxing back then. I'm 21 now and love every minute of it
