Did we not get one going a few years back and have some success?
Remember the days when they used to show fights from American almost weekly and we didn't have to worry about using shitty streams?
I reckon if there was enough of us that emailed them and said that we were seriously unhappy at the level of boxing being shown at the moment and threaten to cancel our Sky subscription, then we might entice them to buy some more fights.
We could get other forums involved too, so that there are hundreds of us emailing.
Who's with me?
Show me the link/petition/blog, and i'll sign it.
Im abit surprised that following the collapse of setanta we never had at least 1 decent event per month. They've only just started pulling their fingers out following Haye winning the HW title, and felt inclined to show us the snoozefest involving Vitali not too long ago.
What happened to that other channel that was meant to start showing boxing, was it called 'mainevent' or 'primetime' or summat like that, channel #480 i think?

Personally, I think they don't show enough overseas boxing, but I am quite content with what they are delivering right now.

I think setanta's coverage was fantastic, even having things like bunceys boxing hour was brilliant.
WE NEED MORE!!!!!!! :deal

If you actually want this to work than you got to give them your conditions and a deadline tell them if it's not done than their going to pay. Obviously they wont listen to you so on deadline day you all cancel you subs. Depending on how many people actually cancel you'll see your demands met or not met.
Btw i'm not a somalian pirate.

I'm not really sure how I'd go about doing it. To be honest, I couldn't organise a gang bang in brothel so I'm probably not the best person to be talking about this. I wouldn't know how to go about starting a petition or whatever, I just think maybe we could all individually email them and post here once you've done it so that we know what numbers we have.
Those that have accounts on other forums could also make a thread on there and we would get good numbers surely, which I reckon they would respond to and we wouldn't have to give them a deadline and cancel our subscription. It's at least worth a shot.

I am resigned to a future of internet streams.
Only the legal ones, obviously.

Do you really think a topic on eastside boxing, is going to do anything..?

No, but topics on all major sites and a good load of people on Facebook group might help a little.

If some sort of organised campaign gets off the ground then I will do everything that I possibly can to support it. I'll email Sky 100 times if I have to. This issue needs to be addressed.

Thanks for doing that, I've invited quite a few people to join it, hopefully others will do the same.
We can go about organising an email campaign from here.
