All mentioned as possible participants.
Depending on the matchups this could be a good card.
Together with WEC 47 (Bowles vs. Cruz), UFC 111 (St. Pierre vs. Hardy), the upcoming stacked fight night (Vera vs. Jones), and ShoMMA (featuring Strikeforce's homegrown Luke Stewart vs. Dream WW grandprix alum Andre Galvao) and the month of March is looking to be the most jampacked MMA lunar cycle in some time.

Few more fight have been announced. Here is the card as it stands:
Bibiano Fernandes vs. Joachim Hansen (Dream FW title)
Katsunori Kikuno vs. Kuniyoshi Hironaka
KJ Noons vs. Andre Dida
Ryo Chonan vs. Andrews Nakahara
Minowaman vs. Jimmy Ambriz
Really looking forward to Fernandes vs Hansen. Noons vs Dida should be a stand up war. Interesting that Nakahara is dropping down to WW, Chonan will be a good test for him.
Here is some more news on the card and the partnership with Strikeforce:
Talking with the press after todays announcement, DREAM EP Sasahara said that there will be 3-4 additional fights to complete the DREAM.13 card. Two of the fights will be in heavier weight classes and one will be a DREAM vs. Strikeforce fight (Dida vs. Noons is the other one with this theme). These fights and the possible arrival of a big-shot Fedor-class Heavyweight (from Strikeforce?) are planned to be announced next week.
This DREAM X Strikeforce thing will start in full force from the Light Heavyweight GP 1st Round event in May. Since DREAM don’t have that many fighters in the heavier divisions, some will come from Strikeforce.

Why is Hansen moving down to featherweight, just out of interest? He never struck me as an undersized lightweight.

Good card though im looking forward to his Dream more then any in awhile. Minowa-Ambriz not so much Ambriz is a much bigger guy but that means nothing to Minowa as Ambriz is a can with no submission defense and Minowa has submitted much tougher. Minowa by leglock. Nakahara-Chonan is a really good fight I like Nakahara he seems to be improving his BJJ skills alot and his standup with that Karate background reminds me somewhat of Machida with the distance and footwork he uses. Chonan is so well rounded though I give him the advantage as Nakahara is still very green in MMA with only 3 fights. Chonan by decision. Amade-Noons should be a war both have long striking backgrounds with Noons in Boxing and Amade in K-1/Muay Thai. Noons has very good kicks to so hes a well rounded striker. I could flip a coin on this fight. Kikuno-Hironaka is a good matchup I dont like Kikuno's stance its to much Koji Oishi like and hes asking for a brutal KO I like Hironaka on his feet but Kikuno is a excellent Judo player and I think he will use that to his advantage and win.
Cant friggin wait for Joachim Hansen vs Bibiano Fernandes. Bibiano has improved his standup but hes still behind Hansen who has a nice highlight reel of head kicks and knees to the face KOs in his career. Hansen also enjoys a reach and height advantage and possibly a weight advantage coming down from 155. The only guys who submitt Hansen are the guys at the highest level like Aoki and Vitor Ribiero and its same to say as a 3 time Mundial Champion at the Blackbelt level that Fernandes is at the Aoki/Ribeiro level. Fernandes is so quick and dynamic with his submissions it can come at any moment but Hansen does have some good BJJ defense with impressive GNP so he could enjoy success in Bibiano's guard. I like Hansen by decision or TKO in a great fight.

I think Tim doesn't really want another loss, another loss could lower his falling status even more.

Really ? Seems unlike Sylvia hes fought so many tough guys. Not sure exactly why he turned it down, they never gave a reason. According to his manager, he is still scheduled to fight on this Dream card. I would mind a fight between him and Kharitonov. If he don't want Kharitonov either, they should ask someone like Mark Hunt. Don't think the fight with Pudz will happen and fighting Sims would be pointless.
