Ahhh. I can't bet on this because I haven't been able to really study Morel. But I'm pulling for Gerry P to knock his block off and get another shot at the title he dropped. I'm a little surprised there's a bet out on this one. I'm glad someone else is paying attention. :good

...I just found out this wasn't on regular HBO but on PPV. I won't even say how hard they can @#$* themselves for this one.

I thought GP clearly won but I can only go on official results to keep the whole thing transparent. It could be a never ending cycle if we start overturning things.

Yeah, vbookie has always sucked it up and adhered to official results...we'd be compromising its integrity otherwise.

How bad was this seemingly unpopular decision? How many rounds did Gerry win clearly?

I wasn't really keeping score but Gerry dominated the last 6 rounds clearly. Morel's hit and move tactics only worked in the early stages, once his legs were gone Gerry caught up with him. And Morel seriously didn't win the first 6 rounds, it was about even at half-way.

Was Freddie still in Gerry's corner? Why didn't he devise a KO strategy? Gerry can still bang against guys his own size.

Yeah Roach was in the corner, Morel was on his bike after the 4th round. Penalosa was walking him down and dominating, but what can you do, cant expect Gerry to get in a liver shot if his opponent is running away.

Gerry won this shit 8 to 4 rounds . Can't believe they gifted the win to this sexual offender . You can tell dumb judges gave the win to Morel cuz Gerry's face was all messed up from 2 or 3 headbutts .

Well, of course! It's why I'll never bet on Ali Funeka no matter how much I think he'll win a fight. His luck is just too rotten to win close decisions. And some that aren't even close. Guzman/Funeka II is coming up. I ain't bettin'. :bart
