Sorry to hear Joe is so sick. AS I noted , he looked significantly worse in the Facing Ali interviews than he did just a few years earlier. AS far as the interview goes, thanks for posting it but how many times can these guys be asked the same damn questions?

Larry must have taken his humble pills this day as he was very respectful towards Ali and especially Joe which was nice.

But Larry's a strange bird as he can be all gracious one minute and the next he'll be saying Ali was overrated and not that far from his prime when he beat him because he was only 38 and he himself fought till he was 50...etc.

I don't mind Larry thinking he was the best ever as he is up there,but when he has to denigrate icons when making his case is when I have a problem with him.Still he came across as all class in this piece so good luck to him.

Yeah, that was 20 + yrs ago...................... Holmes at the time could've and would've kicked ALL thier ass' at that juncture......... WORD!!

I think Holmes feels this way because of the Ali fight. He thinks that since Ali was only 38, this was a good win. Everyone knows Ali was messed up by that fight and it had nothing to do with age. If only Holmes could of faced a non-damaged Ali and lost. Holmes would probably have been much less cocky.
