1 rd heavy bag (all-out power)
4 rds jump-rope
150 sit-ups
4 sets 25 push-ups

spar 1 day/week
run distance and sprints 2 days/week
pull-ups 1 day/week
weights (light) 1 day/week
mitts -depends on coach maybe 1 or 2 days/week
interaval work -same as above
