When the fight was first coming into the works, I thought Barrera could pull it off. But when I actually think about it, Barrera just cannot last over a certain number of rounds with Pac. After putting on an decent showing for the first couple of rounds, he will most likely be stopped after 7 rounds. I'm guessing the 9th round.

You can´t compare mexican fighters to fanny pac. Mexicans will fight anybody and make it a brawl, yet they're humble inside the ring and out.
Fanny Pac just annoys me with his cockiness. He acts really tough for a guy who can´t even grow facial hair. I just want to see him knocked the f out.

Fighters need to have that swagger and cockiness inside.

Basically, those are my exact thoughts. I watched the re-air on HBO2 this morning and was like "whoa, no chance". Barrera at 29 didn't even belong in the ring with him. Now at 33, it amazes the hell out of me that I'd have to pay in order to see this fight on my TV.
