Just that Wrestling translates better to UFC than boxing does.. The thing is, in reality the UFC's rules are more tailored to wrestlers and other forms of ground fighting, in part because that's what they want, and in part because it is safer for the fighters according to the athletic commission.

Wrestlers don't have to worry about getting stuffed, and having their skulls cracked by a few quick knees to the noggin.

Even kicking will probably not work very well, I dont think anyone in UFC has the speed and footwork to kick at a skilled boxer.
