This is my opinion that I am sure I will get lots of flack for but I do not care. I have been a fan of Barrera for manny years and we all have seen him in wars and dominant performances.
I am not giving up on him because the odds are against him. Tonight he has the chance to SHOCK the boxing world I truly believe he will pull it off tonight.
If he gets beat up so what. I will still be a fan no matter what and gladly admit I was wrong about the fight. And if he wins I will not insult anybody and shove their wrong prediction in thier face.Tonight he has the chance to SHOCK the world and I belive he will do it!!!!
Anybody else want Marco to win????
GO BARRERA!!!!

Because you're a long time Barrera fan, I'll cut you some slack. I like people who back their fighters no matter what the situation. However, after watching their first fight again, and looking at MAB's recent fights, he doesn't have much of a chance.
In the first fight, everytime MAB tried to brawl with Pac, Pac was landing about 3 punches for every 1 for MAB. MAB couldn't hurt Pac , and he couldn't stand up to Pac's power. When MAB realized he couldn't out punch Pac, he tried to box him. This didn't work either. Pac was too fast for him. He was able to work his way in with the jabs and right hooks. Once he got inside, he was killing MAB to the body, and unleashed that straight left whenever MAB became too defensive against body punches and right hooks.
It was a sustained beatdown, where MAB couldn't outpunch or outbox Pac. Pac is faster, stronger, and can take MAB's best shot. MAB has no advantages in this fight. He can't outbox or outslug Pac. Unless Pac is seriously weight drained, he won't be able to hurt him. I just don't see how MAB can win

Im torn because im a fan of both.
Though there's nothing more exciting than a good upset in Boxing so i kind of want to see MAB pull it off.

Barrera has two advantages. Motivation and a more focused preperation for the fight.

It's funny, all week long people have been saying how Pacquiao is going to destroy Barrera (again), and that this is a waste of time fight. Here we are on the day of the fight, and Barrera seems to have more fans than ever. I can only imagine if he does pull the upset, on Monday he have a million fans who all claimed that they saw the upset coming. I have always supported Barrera and stand behind my prediction that he will let it all hang out in the ring tonight one last time, Barrera by Decision. WAR BARRERA!:bbb

Barrera had too many distractions last time around, and he's a proud fighter who won't give up easy this time, I agree he has a chance to pull it off, I hope he does, after all I have money on him!....LoL

Pac carries the hopes of an entire country on his shoulders. He has plenty of motivation. Of course anything can happen in boxing, but what in ring advantages does MAB have? Remember, this guy just got starched against JMM, and fought Juarez to a draw. He only beat Juarez in the rematch because he turned it into a boring boxing clinic. He won't be able to do that against Pac. In the words of Adrian Balboa, "You've seen him you know how strong he is,..you can't win"

Get out of here with all that logic. :good

What distractions did he have against Juarez? What about against JMM? Oh, I forgot, he only fought him for the money and he wasn't motivated. I don't hear any shit about forrest fires. MAB is a great fighter, but he's in over his head.

I think the whole "Pac has had poor preparation" thing was a gimmick to sell a fight that doesn't belong on PPV. I think Barrera felt the same way.
People had to have some reason to think Marco can win in order to buy this thing, and the first fight sure doesn't give me any reason to think he can (though like most others I hope like hell he can).

I replayed JMM-MAB from back in March and I'm beginning to think that MAB has more than a chance to win.
Odds are stacked against him but I don't think he is as shot as some people think. I think I'm gonna actually buy the ppv. Here's my reasoning. His arch nemesis Erik lasted only 3 rounds. Should MAB get past 3 rounds..I think he has a fair chance. If he lasts in the latter rounds, you'll get sympathy votes from the judges from him because he lasted this long.
I smell a trilogy after all the logic and trash talk. MAB will pull out all the dirty tricks in the book. He does that nonsense on his last fight against a class warrior like Pac, he will lose fans and his legacy.

I forgot to mention that I am also a PAC fan. How can you not be. He is a tremondous talent and an asset to the sport. If he losses tonight he is young enough to bounce back and would no doubt fuel a rubber match.
Best of luck to both sides and lets hope we just have a fight that elevates this great sport of ours. I have heard the phrase "It`s not the winner but the fight" numerous times. Lets hope tonight is one of those nights.
GO BARRERA!!!!

I hate Pac, I hate his herky-jerky style when he jumps all around like popcorn plus he's the ugliest fighter alive. Barrera should use that as a motivation and win by redemption TKO11.
