Decent book, too agenda-laden and angry to take seriously though.

interestingly the guy who made that doc of the fight "thrilla in Manila" is the son of the author of the book who's name is Mark Kram.

Oh and competely irrelevant but the authors name is the same backwards.

I liked it, nice to see a book that doesn't have it's Tongue shoved up Ali's arse

Weird, I just started reading this yesterday. I'd avoided it for a while because I heard that its anti-Ali bias bordered on the unprofessional.

So far, it's a really interesting read, but Kram does seem almost vociferously anti-Ali.

However, considering the way Ali is often portrayed as the second coming of Jesus, I think it's a necessary take on the man.
