Respect to Freddie Roach. He seems like a genuinely nice guy and open-minded as well.

Interesting that he said Manny Pac has done muay thai, I didn't know that!

he said he'd like to work with gsp at some point, that would be good, gsp already has decent striking but if freddie could bring it up to the level near to his wrestling, he would be a fucking machine

That was a very good honest interview by Freddie Roach. I really liked the interviewers line of questioning as I was very curious to the answers of those questions from a boxing point of view.

Roach wasn't been a loyalist to boxing nor sucked up to MMA for the sake of the interview imo. His answers were honest and open, demonstrating an appreciation of both sports and their place in the sporting landscape.

I particularly liked how he said he wants to work with GSP.
