my wrists r completely fucked and hav been for the last 7 months. its something u will want to take serious and strenthen around it or u can do wat i am and getting pissed off not training. to prevent injury i use alasta plast tape then put my handwraps on and then duct tape over my handwraps. also do wrist curls with light weight

Knuckle pushups.
SMALL wrists don't mean much at all, my friend.
It's the strength, and strength of your tendons in our wrists, that count.
Some things that few do, but should are hand grippers, outstretched holds of something heavy. Some good old grip training.
And something that my physiotherapist told me to do when I had a problem with my wrists.
My wrists weren't tight enough to withstand the power of my punches (wrist's fault, rather than inexplicable power). So, He gave me a rubber stick (various colours according to difficulty), rather like a dildo. To shake around, twist, in order to tighten them wrists. Something like pulling the brakes on a bicycle would also be good practise.
I reckon wrist curls are overrated.
Of course, a good 2 month strength program always helps.
