By doubts I meant that any of these names could be disputed. That's the way boxing is. The "we" is the community at large.

I mention Brock because he is still active, has a "decent" record, and has a loss only to Wlad Klitschko.

Could you precise who is participating in this community exactly?

Brock: I know he lost only to Wald but who does he beat to be called the great?
There is plenty other upcommers who are still unbeaten bcs they didn't fought Wlad yet ...

I'm sure I'll get some heat for that one, Golota doesn't exactly have the best reputation, but anything's possible in today's division.
