What is the size of your gloves?

Mine are 14 oz. Used to train with 10 or 12 and now Im not used to the weight of my gloves yet.

16oz , i bought mine before i went to the gym for the first time , glad to see thats the size everyone else uses ( begginers anyways) and the ones they supply too. Dont find em too heavy. Also i can hit the heavy bag concentrating on technique and know i wont hurt my hands lol

Good for you man! I started training with lighter gloves, then I moved to heavier ones and now I have a hard time keeping my hands up! aarggh!

lol i do tend to drop my hands tho one of the coaches in the gym said its my worst point. Ill throw combos and leave one hand usually my right too low at the end lol then you get a quick slap in the face and a " right youd be on the floor now " . I got the point lol

I use 10 oz gloves. In the gym i box everyone seems to use 10 oz gloves ( Sparring and bag work )

I use 16oz gloves on the bag and 20oz gloves in sparring.

10oz on bag and 16oz sparring (every 1 @ my gym must use 16oz for sparring and thoser gloves r not allowed 2 b used on the bag ever)

I use everlast 12 once glove for bag, mits etc. An i 16 once cleto reyes for sparing.

I use 16oz gloves on the bag and 20oz gloves in sparring. 20oz Gloves!! You Machine! How much do you weigh? I wear 16oz in sparring and 12oz on Bag and mits.
