If Fraudley unifies the WBO, IBF, WBC and WBA I might believe you.

I fear that you may have destined Khan to get KTFO by a light-hitting journeyman, simply by the absurdity of your words alone.

Not that it could not have happened without them.

Like i said the kid is 20 years old, he's still growing and still learning the trade, dont compare him with the likes of Harrison who came into the paid ranks at over 30 years old with nowere near as much talent, when Khan is a couple of years older and then getting beat then slag him off...but i think people are a being a bit premature.

I would not say it is out the question.

Sure Paciquao would be a very warm favourite, and ****** would not let let it happen at the moment; but Amir is not without any experience, he beat the finest amateur of this generation a couple years back, he has had to fight though a few sticky moments as pro and should be a better fighter for it, and naturally should be the far bigger man.

His style could cause Paciquao problems, but he would need to fight at a level we have yet to see as a pro.

If they fought this year Paciquao would get the job done probably comfortable. If they fight is in a year or so I suspect it would be because ****** has seen something to make him think Amir could win...

You must be joking, right now if they meet it's Pacquiao by early brutal KO. I don't see these guys meeting at all, not until Pacquiao gets old and I doubt he'll still be fighting by then.

fucking hell, some of the answers are even worse than the questions.

'pac would expose amir LOLOLOLZZZZZZ!!!!11111ONE1111!!ONE'

of course he fucking would! khan has had like 14 pro fights, pac is rated P4P #2, and you act like this defeat would make khan a bum.

This would be like putting Audley Harrison against Wlad or Lnnox Lewis on his 14th fight. Thats ridiculous. A gold medal in olympics means nothing when facing p4p pro's.

As for someone saying Khan's style would be nightmare for Pac...is this a joke. Pac has faced pure boxers such as MAB & JMM who's skills are about 10* that of Khan and failed to loose...what can Khan do? Khan gets tagged way too much by Euro level fighters, if hes hit by Pac's speed and power its goodnight.

Pac KO1. That is if Pac wails on him from that start and provied Khan dont come to run.

Raashid
10-09-2007, 08:35 AM
If the fight happened in the next year or so Pac by KO and it is a nonsensical question as that's not going to happen. But several years from now, an older, heavier Pac? Would he carry his power and speed up? How many hard fights will he have between now and a future hypothetical fight with Khan? Can't see it happening, Khan will probably not stay long at lightweight even if he does win a world title in the next year or so.

I'd go with PAc to win but what if he did get caught flush?

Zakman
10-09-2007, 06:31 PM
Judging by his record, it is unlikely that Khan's management would put him in with ANYONE that has any KO power. Jeez, the light-hitting Limond had him on queer street. ANY fighter who can punch at all - and maybe even some who can't - will shatter Khan's glass jaw.

The question that I asked didn't mention who's got the better chin, we all know the answer to that one. What I said was, how would a big Kahn shot affect Pac? Does Kahn's power trouble him?

Khan is too big for a former flyweight. Khan wins a clear decision.

Say what? What does Pac being a former flyweight have to do with anything? he's moved up a few divisions and has dominated.. he is more experience and is the #2 ranked p4p boxer.. If anything, Khan has no way near the experience pac has.. Khan has fought no one like pac and pac will ko him.. id say somewhere in the mid-rounds.. Khan would be pressured the whole fight and will end up getting popped in that glass jaw of his...

No disrespect, but Pac should be a lightweight champion by I believe June or July. None of the champions, well, Casamayor or Nate are going to want to fight Khan unless they put up a good payday. I have not seen him fight, but I heard he did not do too well or well enough to fight a champion. If he is as good as some of you guys say, then let him take some more fights and be ready. If he jumps in and gets knocked out now, it might end his career much sooner. He won't beat Pac.

Nah...it would be a more stylistic match up for Khan on the pure fact that Manny is a lefty with speed, power and pressure...all of which are not tailor made for Amir. The class disparity at the pro ranks between the two are worlds apart....maybe Khan could be PAC if they were fighting AM rules, but what's the point in speculating about a ameture bout when both are pros. No way Khan beats PAC now.

be serious that's like saying Mayweather > pavlik

How silly do you look now? You got 0 boxing analytical ability.

Size is ridiculously overrated, the product of weight divisions. Dont get me wrong, weight divisions are important but its just another attribute. Lets not go overboard and simply be blinded by it. Thats like me saying 1 fighter is faster than another so he should win, despite the other fighter being 5 levels above in all other attributes.
