In the interest of fairness of the poll, shouldn't Shane Mosley be on there?

Hatton, because he seems like a good guy and has the guts to move up in weight and fight the best of the best.

Floyd because he would commit suicide

I voted for Kelly Pavlik but i would also feel bad for the boxing Picasso Floyd mayweather.
I went Pavlik also, with Floyd as close second. Pavlik is a hometown hero and is great for the sport.

Why?? Hes lost 4 times....
I would feel sorry for Kelly Pavlik the most if he got KTFO, BUT I can see Chavez Jr. getting KTFO by any descent fighter from 147lbs. to 160lbs., "the weight is should end up at".:!:

Gotta say Pavlik.

1. Hatton
2. Cotto
3. Pavlik
In their next fights, I expect Hatton to lose his 0. Cotto may very well lose it too, but I like him to win by UD. If Pavlik faces Duddy, he gets his 30th knockout in 33 fights.

Voted for Pavlik.
The fighter I WOULD NOT feel sorry for losing their 0 is Floyd. The dude is a prick.
I doubt Hatton beats him and think Mosley or Cotto has a better shot.... Floyd taking on Williams in the future could also be a mistake.

Cotto, I would say.
Very Humble family man.
Would get KTFO by Kermit Cintron.

Cotto I believe will get KOd vs Mosely. I have stated my reasons 100x over.
BUT....JCC Jr is not a good fighter....so I voted for him. He is overrated because of his name, dad and DNA. He hasnt even looked THAT good vs terrrrrrrrrible comp. Its only a matter of time before he gets starched.

Joe Calzaghe.. It's still sweeter to retire with that perfect record. However, I guess Kessler is there ready to take away his '0'. :)

and by who do u think they'll get knocked lose to? where the hell is valero??
Cotto, ive followed his career since the begining, who hasen't? every bout was showcased on either HBO or showtime. His proven to be a very exciting and elite fighter, Mosley is his biggest test and if he loses now, hill never gain the glory Trinidad, ODLH or Lenoard gained.

Toss up between Pavlik, Cotto and Hatton. It's sad when boxers who put it all on the line to win can't win anymore. If a boxer gets to 30/40/50-0 through giving it 100% and never quitting, then they're the kind of boxer who deserves to retire undefeated.
In other words, I would be sad to see a Marciano lose, but to see an Ottke lose is just plain justice.

I'd feel sorry for Joe Calzaghe because his undefeated record means so much to him; he'd be absolutely gutted if he lost. Although, I suppose they all would!

I would least like to see Pavlik get KTFO, so I hope it never happens. Hopefully when someday if his 0 does go, he will simply be out slicked all night to lose a UD and not KTFO. Also PBF.

I voted for Pavlik because he seems like such a nice guy and really has a lot of momentum going right now and I'd hate to see it taken away from him any time soon. I would also hate to see cotto lose because he is very humble and very professional and always respects his opponents. Hatton also seems very personable and just becaue of his great personality, I would hate to see his "0" go. My last one I would have liked to have voted for would be Juan Diaz, he really works hard and he also goes to college while he boxes...I graduated from college and it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do and I can only imagine doing it and having to train for a fight at the same time...that shit seems impossible!
I'm not a big Calzaghe fan, but he did earn a lot of my respect when he put on one of the best displays of absolutely beating someone's ass when he fought Lacy. It wouldn't bother me if he looses but he hasn't lost a fight since the amateurs in 1990...17 years!!!!! He will have to be emotionally crushed if he loses after all that time of not being beat.
Then there's Mayweather. I truly believe he's the best boxer on the planet right now and is going to end up being one of the all-time greats, but nevertheless, I don't see Ricky doing it but PLEASE KTFO Mayweather!!!!! :D

Why isn't Sergio Mora on the list? Because you don't think he will ever lose his 0? I see.

yup this is exactly my list as well. Mainly just because of their attitudes in the sport. Cotto/Hatton/Pavlik are just awesome guys, they represent the sport very well and they mean business. I'd feel the most for Hatton cus it seems like if he losses in a devastating fashion he might not recover too well from it. Cotto might come back with just as much determination if he losses. I know for a fact that Pavlik won't be phazed if he losses a fight, boxing is his bread and butter - hes gotta do what hes gotta do.

I think if Cotto loses it will be open season on him. Knowing the nature of people (ESB posters in particular), they'll quickly forget how good he's been up til this point and say he was never anything to begin with.
They simply won't acknowledge the fact that he lost to a first-ballot HOFer without bringing him down any way they can. Got news for u all though. Cotto's gonna take everything Mosley has left in the tank out of him so even if Shane wins it will be his last hurrah.

Yep exactly...We all know the mentally challenged posters all over the internet have been waiting years for the moment to jump all over Cotto's first loss and burn him left and right.
