Sherzod Husanov

Does anyone know anything about this guy? He's from Uzbekistan, fights out of Russia but his next fight is in America against Dzinziruk for the WBO LMW title.

Does he stand a chance? Was he a top amateur by any chance? He's 30 years old but turned pro just 3 years ago and has had just 15 pro fights.

He won bronze medal in 2001 World Amateur Championships and silver in 2003 . Represented Uzbekistan in 2000 and 2004 Olympics but without big success .

Here is his last fight on top of the page . Dzinziruk hasn't fought in like 16 monthes and I've thought he lost to Lukas Konecny and was lucky to walk away with MD win .

Tough to say , ukrainian probably too experienced for him at this point . Could easily look like Gutknecht vs Stieglitz fight last weekend , one is just tougher and with more big fights under his belt . Long layoff tho and Sergiy didn't look too impressive few fights before the break .
