Mr. Paul was a correspondent of mine who passed away about two years ago. He had a computer formula that ranked 2,877 heavyweights.
The top 10 is reasonably good. Slots 11-20 are fair. It gets a little out there as you go on. However it is interesting read none the less. I give the board an opportunity to view Mr. Paul's work. There seems to be a character limit on this board, so you'll have to down load this link to see it.
