I actually thought Miller would give him a decent fight. Miller has a long boxing background, it that was the first time he was annihilated like that. Maybe Mesi has more in the tank then I thought. There are the brain concerns, but I figure it's his choice if he wants to fight. I'd like to see him fight someone like a Barrett rematch, or a fighter along that caliber.

No surprise...
I expected Mesi to get the job done, now I'd like to see him step it up

I saw Miller fight Maddalone and he looked like a guy who will throw bombs but completely forget about defense.

Three first-round knockouts in a row now! Mesi has clearly gotten far closer to his old form than in those terribly lackluster performances he put on in his first few comeback fights. He should definitely step up the opposition now.

Still worry about his health everytime he steps in there.
Man I hope (as Mesi and his team keep saying) , that this clown Greenberg actually agrees to fight Joe in December. This would be an easy way up the rankings. THe only easier fight would be JD CHapman & whio can forget the worlds #1 shitbag tomato can... mike marrone. :D

Mesi easily beats both Chapman and Marrone. (easily) (did I say easily? I meant easily)
If he fights either in his next fight, I will be disappointed.
He isn't a spring chicken, and needs to start stepping up his level of competition.
I live in Buffalo, and am a huge Baby Joe fan, so I would like to see if he is a legit contender again, before it is too late.
Minto or Greenburg would be nice next steps, and I like Joe's chances in both.
Both are durable, and have the ability to beat Joe, so it will really give us a better idea of where he is at.

I would expect Mesi to beat Greenberg or Marrone by KO. Either would be a decent step in the right direction.

Basically it is his own choice. But imagine that one or two high-profile fighters got seriously injured or even killed in the ring. Then i fear that politicians might get the idea that boxing should be banned.

Whoopy!!! Mesi knocked out three tomato cans!! Now he's ready for some live bodies!!:happy:patsch
Something tells me he's gonna get exposed, just like when he started fighting decent fighters the first time. Only this time, the risk is far greater than just getting knocked to the canvas!:yep

Damn, that sounds familiar; someone knocked out three tomato cans! :happy:patsch
And he is going to get exposed when he fights a decent fighter.

To be fair, he beat all those decent fighters legitimately.
Mesi isn't the best fighter on the planet, and sometimes he looks like flat out crap, but he's shown some good skills and can probably give the top ten some real trouble.
Just stay away from Wlad.

Miller isn't much, not horrible either, but a first round k.o was better than I expected. As far as future opponents Marrone and Chapman would both get beaten handily by this version of Mesi. Those two are just looking to be a name of sorts on someone's resume. Minto, however, is limited but a tough out. That is a very acceptable opponent for Mesi and a win there would make him a top 20 type of fighter again. Time isn't on Mesi's side though, so he needs to start looking for bigger and better things as soon as possible.
And like someone said, he should absolutely stay away from Wlad.
