Campbell was Julio Diaz's mandatory, and I believe there was a verbal agreement between the camps of Juan and Julio that the winner of the fight would give Nate Campbell a shot at the titles.

Then again, it all depends where the money is.

Yeah, thats what I read, and seems like he is gonna be locked up for a while.

He beat up his girlfriend pretty badly, I think. He may be out already according to the comments on that article above.

Hey.....agreed Chico fucked up. Couldnt stand him for awhile after that shit. But he served his time and changed his act.

It wasnt until this that he gained my respect back....

But go read the article about the shit Campbell pulled. Punching, choking, false imprisonment, etc.

From what I hear, both Campbell's story and the article both have some inconsistencies.

Well my original comment was off the shock of the story...but it doesnt look good when ya got a woman with cuts on her face and bruises from strangulation. Id like to think everything will work itself out to be less......but if that is what happened....that is bad bro.
