I can't imagine anyone would pay...or a promoter would make another title shot for Holyfield...also checkout this qoute...I'm so tired of boxing stories written by people who know nothing about boxing.
this quote from the wire story on Holyfield currently on cnn
" Ibragimov fought from the outside, ducking in to deliver two- and three-punch combinations before retreating behind his long, accurate jab. He confused Holyfield with his southpaw stance and slippery defensive technique."
I'm sorry..but the only thing I learned from the Holyfield fight was that Ibragimov clearly isn't 6 foot 2. he is more like 6 feet and does not have a long accurate jab. Wlad Klitschko has a long accurate jab...had it said Ibragimov has a quick counter left I'd buy it.
Holyfield is actually in negotiations with Chagaev as we speak.
how in the hell do you know that?

It would be nice if he could be medicly retired for his own good. He seems to be going threw the same delutions that Matthew Saad Muhamed went through before he finally retired after taking hellasish beatings.

Only if it's for the "Legends of Boxing" title that Holmes keeps in his jockstrap.

I actually believe Holmes could take him if the two ever rematched.

I would since Holyfield generates a lot of threads in ESB and another title shot would be matter for new threads and plenty of Forum activity, enriching us much in the process, and I would have to watch that fight so that I could reply to the new threads, seems logical to me.

Holmes is nearly 60. That said, Holmes's IQ is probably 15 times greater than Holyfield's (which would make Holmes's IQ about... 15).
