sharpening reflexes and technique

I know shadow boxing sharpens technique but does it sharpen reflexes also.

Yea double end bag is fantastic for sharpening reflexes.I use to only use it when at the gym but I recently put one in the garage and My own reflexes have improve tenfold aswell as hand speed and co-ordination.Highly recommended.

Double end, speedbag, everything in boxing works reflexes at least a bit though.
