I think Cotto vs Hatton should battle for the right. If Cotto beats Margo/Mosely and Hatton beats his next mandatory then lets get in on. In fact any welter who comes out on top of the mix should be rated at least top 3 p4p (I can't rule out Winky, Bhop and Pac)
