who would you HONESTLY rather pay to watch?

an up and coming star or an over the hill former great on PPV? i know there can be several diiferent circumstances but in general who appeals to you more?

Depends who the fighters are...more than likely, I would rather pay to see an up and coming star. For instance, I would rather spend money on Cotto-Mosley to see Cotto than Jones-Trinidad.

i like the young fighters but ive been following boxing 4 20 yrs and the guys i liked growing up i definately have a spot 4 but most are gone(or should b long gone... see holy) except tito,shane and a cpl others.

I'd rather see an all time great like Jones or Hopkins finish out their career rather than watching say... a Povetkin or a Dawson fight. I'll be able to watch those guys later on, when their fights are more meaningful. However I wont be able to watch Jones/Hopkins ever again.

I always have a spot in my heart for fighters like Tyson and Holyfield, its more exciting watching a match were fighter you like and are wisher for are fighting, I would pay to see the fighter thats over the hill.
