I saw Mighty Mike fight live not that long ago, and I was not overly impressed.

Sometimes when you mess around with existing events they'll jumble up the bet options. It's always good to take a peek before settling to make sure they haven't swapped (or in the cases of nine or ten different outcomes, gone completely out of order - like happened to me with the Prizefighter thread :yep)

There's no way to retract the payouts from the 10 who picked Arnaoutis. As for the 20 who should have been paid on Hopkins, they'll have to be paid out in a separate thread if you're so inclined, and you'll need to make sure that only those names that deserve payouts have bet on the new thread before you settle it.

It's been known to happen.

It's wonky and makes NO sense - but I think even the creators of the VBookie software have said that it's glitchy and to be used by forums at their own risk. You just basically have to double or triple check everything whenever dealing with VBookie, like you're tip-toeing around a minefield.

Arnaoutis DID NOT GET PAID for the loss to Hopkins.

Let me repeat that.

Mighty Mike was due to receive $15k but the check from TKO Boxing Promotions, who put on the event - bounced. :-(

As of a couple of days ago Arnaoutis had not been reimbursed for his efforts leading up to and including the fight. Can you imagine that? A TV fight, with the talent's check bouncing. Disgusting.
