By the way how did Gazzard look

Early on this kid looked the goods.
Massive bantamweight, with good skills and power.

But I watched his fight before last and he looked pretty bad.
Looked to have gone the way of Danny Geale, got the talent & skill but something is missing in the mindset.

Plus I have concerns about his whiskers.

How did he look last night though, I missed his bout.

Easily dominated the alot smaller Kartu Arang.
But yeah he was a bit worried to engage.
Arang was walking forward alot & getting countered from range.
Boxed well within himself to get a comfortable UD.
The last fight where he was down must have shook his confidence heaps.
Yeah he did give me that Geale feeling last night.

Far more impressive was Lance Gostelow's KO of Gerongco.
Gerongco has a good chin, but copped a great straight right as he walked forward.
He was stuffed in a big way.
Gostelow did it better than Kickett.
That would be a match worth seeing.
Kickett, Gostelow or Lenny Zapp against 1 another would be fun.:good

I was so shocked when he got beat by Mosquera.

That's what happens with veteran fighters. Every now and then they teach a young pup a lesson. He'll be much better for it in the long run.

Gotta admit I wasn't wrapped with Gazzard's performance, but he's only very young.

I thought gazzard looked pretty ordinary. Zeppa (spelling) looked like an absolute beast in there. I know it was against limited comp, but the power behind his punches was sickening.

I had heard good things about Gazzard but was extremely disappointed. He should also take a few humble pills because I don't know who he thinks he is the way he carries but he has a long long way to go. When he proves something he can maybe begin to carry on like a pork chop.

yeah gazzard is "ment 2 b the nxt big thing" acording 2 barry but i watched him live n didnt impress me at all. he was show boating a fair bit n the crowd was getting pissed off @ him
